J1 Training is a cultural exchange program that provides international students and young professionals with access to the J-1 Internship Visa; making it so that they are able to take part in the many work-based learning programs offered in the United States. Work-based learning has been proven to help young international professionals, as well as international students, gain hand-on experience within their work field of choice, while simultaneously working within a multicultural environment; something that is not always so available in their native country, but extremely crucial for the growth of their professional career.

 At J1 Training Inc., most of our participants are placed in training programs that 
are focused on hospitality and business administration. We strive everyday to 
provide all of our participants with access to some of the best businesses in
